How Mozart AI collects, uses and protects your data.

1. Data we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile image. We store the songs, prompts and studio settings you create, and basic usage data (sign-in times, song counts) needed to run your plan.

2. How we use data

We use your data to operate the Service: authenticating you, rendering and storing your songs, enforcing plan limits, processing payments and providing support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers; we only receive the status of your subscription and an identifier for the customer.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand aggregate usage. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Retention

Your songs and account data are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time and we remove personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention (for example tax records for payments).
