How refunds work for Mozart AI subscriptions.
1. Paid subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase for a refund of that purchase. Renewal payments can be refunded if requested before you have created songs in the new period.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@mozartai.lol from the address on your account with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
3. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback - we can almost always resolve the issue faster. Accounts with open chargebacks may have creation paused until the dispute is resolved.
