The terms that govern your use of Mozart AI.

1. The service

mozartai.lol is a hosted AI music creation studio. You describe the song you want, and the Service composes, produces and masters it. You need an account to create songs, and paid plans unlock more songs per month and commercial rights.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics and other material you submit. You must not upload or generate content that infringes the rights of others, is unlawful, or violates the terms of the underlying models. You keep ownership of your prompts, and on paid plans you receive commercial rights to the songs you create.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create content that violates the law, to impersonate artists or voices without permission, to abuse the render queue, or to resell raw access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other creators at risk.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
